"Everybody in the group is really creative," Brick says.
Super Duper, a
Los Angeles-based collective of rappers, graphic designers, managers,
and photographers, recently enjoyed the release of rapper Kyle’s Smyle album.
In “Crew Cuts: Team Bonding With Super Duper,” a Green Label profile
on the California crew — Kyle, style director Zini, tour manager Jesus,
DJ-photographer-dancer Brick, designer Eric Wada, photographer Maxx,
rapper Ugly, photographer Sean D, designer Scoobs, manager Nolan Smith —
Brick explains Kyle’s significance in the crew.
"Kyle is the leader,” Brick says in the Green Label story.
"He’s really optimistic and has a super positive attitude, so he’s a
really good mediator at the end of the day. Everybody in the group is
really creative, so whenever there are new ideas, Kyle’s always down to
rock with them.”
