BARAZA la Taifa la Elimu ya Ufundi (NACTE) limevifutia usajili vyuo
vitano kuendesha mafunzo, huku vingine 41 vikigundulika kuendesha
mafunzo bila kusajiliwa.
Tamko hilo lilitolewa Dar es Salaam jana na Mwenyekiti wa NACTE, Steven Mlote, alipozungumza na waandishi wa habari.
Alisema Baraza limefikia uamuzi huo baada ya kutembelea na kukagua
vyuo mbalimbali na kubaini upungufu ambao umesababaisha kufutiwa
usajili na vingine kufungiwa kwa muda.
Alivitaja vyuo vilivyofutiwa usajili kuwa ni State College of
Health and Allied Sciences, Zoom Polytechnic College, Tabitha College,
Financial Training Centre na TMBI College of Business and Finance, vyote
vya Dar es Salaam.
“Vyuo hivyo vimebainika kuwa vinaendesha mafunzo kwenye mazingira
yasiyostahili na pia vina upungufu mwingi katika uendeshaji mafunzo,
hivyo kupoteza sifa za usajili,” alisema.
Alisema Baraza lilifuatilia na kutathmini uendeshaji wa mafunzo
katika vyuo vilivyopo chini ya NACTE na kugundua vipo vyuo 41 ambavyo
havina usajili na vinatoa mafunzo bila kibali,” alisema.
Mlote alisema vyuo hivyo 41 vinavyotoa elimu ya ufundi bila
kusajiliwa kwa mujibu wa sheria, vimepewa wiki mbili na kutakiwa
vijisajili mara moja kwenye Baraza hilo kabla ya kuchukuliwa hatua kali
za sheria.

kutokana na kutoa programu zisizo na kibali ingawa vimesajiliwa.
Vyuo hivyo ni pamoja na University of Africa ambacho kinatoa
programu ya usimamizi wa biashara, uuguzi, uwakala wa forodha na
nyingine.
“Pia Baraza linavitaka vyuo 112 ambavyo vimegundulika kuwa hadhi ya
usajili imekwisha muda wake, ndani ya mwezi mmoja kuanzia sasa, viwe
vimerekebisha hadhi hizo ndipo viruhusiwe kuendelea kutoa mafunzo.
“Baadhi ya vyuo hivyo ni Mteule Training College, Eagle Wings
Training College, Green Hill Institute (GHI), Zanzibar Institute of
Journalism and Mass Communication (ZIJMC), VETA Kipawa Information and
Communication Technology,” alisema Mlote.
Alisema Baraza hilo limebaini vyuo 52 ambavyo hadhi ya ithibati
imefikia ukomo na hamna hatua zozote zilizochukuliwa, hivyo vimepewa
mwezi mmoja kurekebisha kasoro hizo ndipo viendelee na mafunzo.
Mlote aliwataka wanafunzi ambao vyuo vyao vimefungiwa kuwasiliana na
Baraza hilo ili kuhamishiwa kwenye vyuo vingine vyenye sifa.
